About Tia Brown

Tia Brown is an experienced employment law attorney. She exclusively represents federal government employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Although knowledgeable in all areas of federal employment law, Ms. Brown has developed a strong focus on representing federal employees targeted in adverse actions such as removals, reductions in grade, unlawful suspensions, and discrimination under Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA. 

Ms. Brown believes that employment status is directly tied to an individual’s self-worth and quality of life. Regardless of whether a federal employee is working his/her dream career or working just to make ends meet, s/he is entitled to the same protections under the law. As a legal gladiator, Ms. Brown makes it her mission to ensure government employers are upholding those laws.
