Whistleblower Protection

Are you a federal employee that has discovered or reported mismanagement or illegal behavior occurring in the workplace? If you chose to disclose the wrongful conduct, you may be considered a “whistleblower” and you may be subjected to retaliation.

If you are a federal employee that has made a protected disclosure, the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act (WPEA) is designed to protect you from any retaliation in your workplace. Protected disclosures may include one or more of the following areas:

  • Red silhouette head blowing a whistle stands out from a crowd of white paper-like head silhouettes.
